ifrenel offers shipping either by UPS Ground, for $5.95, or by FedEx next day air, for $19.95. Shipping is avaiable within the United States and Canada only, at this time.

Return Policies:

Ifrenel provides for no-hassle returns with 100% credit iany time within 30 days of receipt of your product. Simply follow the instructions provided below and mail your product back to our office. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

Procedure for returning Ifrenel products:

1. Repack the product in its original box.
2. Include copy of the shipping packet and Invoice that came with the product.

You may return the product(s) you purchased for any reason within 30 days from receipt of your order. We will return your purchase price (less shipping and handling) by crediting your credit card or by check if you purchased by mail. To receive credit, the product must be mailed with the original box and any remaining contents, along with the invoice or receipt that came along with your order. Please allow 1 – 2 billing cycles to receive the credit.
